Is this article form 2009? WP7 with Mango is far from "good enough". Its quite stellar... And tablet market? Don't you have to sell a significant amount to be actually considered a market?

The article talks about "good enough" computing, and smartphones are not as capable as PCs are. But they are "good enough". And the iPad is doing very well. The good news for Microsoft about tablets is of course that it hasn't really taken of yet.

I think Microsoft can return to some of its former glory at least. Windows 8 looks like a stellar reimagening of what Windows is, and even if the PC market is declining, having a tablet capable of better than "good enough" tasks is certainly something I would like.
