Hrmmmm with my limited experience here, I'd have to say

A_V vs. John Lucas :P 

There would be BILLIONS of wii fans on BILLIONS of balance boards working out to the rythm of their match :D

AV's special attack would be to take negative energy directed at the Wii and nulify it with HUGE numbers. (kind of like game and watch)

and John Lucas... well, he could decimate all with his ledgendary Wall of Text :3
