Most of my 360 achievements are for RPG's. I have a good amount of pe**s points in shooters (Gears, Halo, and some CoD), but it's mainly because they are easy to get. 1 short 8 hour playthrough and you usually get 600 GP, where a 40 hour RPG will get you about the same.
e.g. My to get list for 360 in 2011 is Dead Space 2 (Bought off a friend for $20 in January), Crysis 2, Portal 2, Catherine, Deus Ex, Gears 3, Forza 4, Halo CEA, DBZ: UT, Fallout: NV GOTY Ed, and maybe Batman.
Thats 4/10 shooters, and I only got 1 cause it was cheap.
