I have tried the OOT uber challenge and I failed within the first hour.

Edit: This challenge is not recommended for people who have not completed Zelda OOT and MM at least 3 times.

I'm gonna try this after Twilight Princess. The Majora's Mask challenge looks so good.

Here is the hard mode for Zelda games, at least for me.
