No, not "other", because that still implies entertainment involves that at all. You want to improve the quality of life? Cure a disease. Make and invention that makes our lives easier. Improve education. Etertainment is NOT about that. In case you are wondering what its true purpose is, look at the root of the word.

In some way entertainment does improve life. “fun” makes you feel better and feeling better improves life as in psychologically and so on
