I said it because you just stated that the Wii U is just apart of the current gen.  Is the Wii U an add-on like the 64DD, Sega CD or 32x? No  Going by that then it means the Wii U is next generation.  I played the Wii being last gen card because I know many Sony and Microsoft fans love to downplay the Wii power just like you are downplaying the Wii U before any specs are even released.  I just assumed that since you state the Wii U is just apart of the current gen then that must mean you probably think the Wii was last gen.  You can think what you want but the fact is the next systems from Sony and Microsoft will be competing against the Wii U.
