BF3 NO ONE HIT BODY KILLS WITH SNIPERS, MORE WEAPON RECOIL, AND MORE – DICE TALKS GUNS

I think anything Chest or higher should be a 1-shot kill. Anything below should leave them severely wounded.

Even that is entirely unrealistic, but it better serves the gameplay.
