Another example, just to make it clear it depends of how you see it. If your competitor sells 10M and you only sell 2M (even though you are the best in another region selling 1M); it would mean that you are doing really bad compared to what you can potentially achieve in that region.   So in other words it would be your weakest region, because basically the people Hate you, and love the other XD.

So again, it just depends on doing an "intrapersonal" or "interpersonal" comparison.    Is really simple :D
