Satarcraft 2, Total war: Shogun 2, Guild wars 2, Dawn of War 2, Might and Magic Heroes VI, DOTA 2, King Arthur II, Anno 2070, Diablo 3 (for now), Forged by Chaos, Star Wars: The Old Republic, Neverwinter, Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad (you may ague it's kinda indie but they are a decent size studio now), Firefall, Planetside Next, Warface, Trackmania 2: Canyon, X Rebirth, Take on Helicopters, Microsoft Flight, ARMA 3.
All recent or upcoming PC exclusive games
Then there are the games that are indie but offer gameplay and/or production values and/or content that rivel full games like Confrontation, Hard Reset, Dungeons, Pirates of the Black Cove, Stronghold 3, Men of War: Vietnam , Drakensang: The River of Time, North Star, Torchlight II, Iron Front, Natural Selection 2, CHIVALRY: Battle for Agatha, The Spire, Naumachia – Space Warfare, E.Y.E, Steel Armor:Blaze of War, Sengoku.
And then the cross platform games that offer exclusive content or features like Battlefeild 3 and 64 player multiplayer.
