yeah which means devs will not have to develop PS VITA specific things as it will take the same thing as PS3


No it means that devs could develop a game that could use the Vita to run part of the game that is running on the PS3 as in the Vita could proccess the gestures and report the resaults back to the PS3 without the PS3 having to proccess the raw touch input for example.

 

no it doesn't,rarely anybody would use it

Games still need to be developed specifically for the Vita and you can't just run the same code on both. 

not saying the same exact code but the same enviorement and duplicating aka porting will be very easy
