SONY will maintain 20% bump

and bigger bumps for the holiday

should easily compete with 360 in north america

KEN KUTARAGI ftw, bring him back for the PS4

she can rival Steve jobs in tech vision, and business view of kaz hirai, sony can come back

"She"?

lol

Ken Kutaragi's horrible business decisions led to a $2b hole in the PS3 development cycle.

u have to take in what happened that time,u can just look at history and make ur own assumptions

PS3 was actually sheduled to launch in 2007 which was pushed forward because of competition from HD-DVD which would have went against blu-ray.

companies like SQUARE were developing FF XIII for PS2.u will find the screens.this is why FFXIII launched so late this gen

This changed the entire configurations of the system, original system design suggested two CELL.it would have changed the computer industry forever

also when it launched PS3 had shortages which led to slow startup of install base and by the time they got high production, the hype had gone down and so did the sales so devs backed out and people too.

Wii and 360 just didn't matter at that point in time so dodn't even argue there.PLAYSTATION brand was the biggest thing in gaming that time,as big as today's APPLE name.

SONY was also struggling with PSP piracy and devs backed out so even that changed the relationship with various devs.

GTA 4 exclusivity atm the time when rockstar promised 3 exclusives in return which never came as the gen went by,the brand's name decreased andsales affected.

He was talking about his business acumen..

Interesting fact. Ken  presided over a playstation division that launched a product (the PS3) that completely wiped out ALL profits made from PS1 and PS2. In other words they hadn't banked a single dollar in profit over the course of the existance of playstation when he left... thats incredible given their success.  So yeah, great businessman.

I'd say, better than you.
