I don't have the data for handhelds but since the 3DS launched not too long ago it shouldn't be too hard (as there are only a few weeks to compare). I'll update it soon.

However, I'm not gonna copy the data for all of PSP/3DS's lifetime, just the same number of weeks 3DS has been out.
