I think MOST of the retailers will cut 360 prices right now, but MS will wait a few more weeks to do it.
However I think MS has some ace up it sleeves. The 250 gloss SKU being discontinued, more than 1 year since the last chip/board revision are indication that something big is coming this hollyday season.
They are very reliant they will beat PS3 and Wii WW this year.
