If they do, it'll be mid September at TGS. This is when the new dashboard is rumoured to launch so the new consoles (matte 250) will ship with these, maybe new bundles of some sorts, and the cut just before Gears on the 20th.
Seems to allign well. If they don't cut in September I can't see them cutting at all, and I'm not sure how they'll outsell PS3 this year WW like they claim.
Perhaps they're talking shipments though, as they're already 500k ahead.
