IseeLight said: No way warranty will cover it, even if it's a design flaw, some 360s had a design flaw where even slight vibrations would make the disc drive scratch disks (it wasn't properly aligned) and nothing came of that. That said given how much trouble Nintendo is in right now if you call them in a fury and vow never to buy any Nintendo products again they may fix it for free to keep you as a customer. |
Can't do that, I don't really lie often on purpose and I love Nintendo's software way to much to actually not buy another Nintendo console. I think I'm going to email Nintendo about it and see what they say. As someone else said even if Nintendo fixes the unit whats to say the next cone doesn't have the exact same problem.
However I'm also debating just living with the scratches, Nintendo would take awhile to fix it. When I had my 360 fixed it was gone like a month and a half. I want StarFox, Super Mario 3D Land and Mario Kart and Kid Icarus playable I don't wanna miss out on gaming time because of these stupid scratches.
I love my 3DS too much!

well it doesn't have to be you, it can be a friend who's a good actor and just gives your information when they ask.
