Cobalion (Steel/Fighting)
Gyrados (Dragon/Water)
Hydreigon (Dark/Dragon)
Reshiram (Dragon/Fire)
Victini (Fire/Psychic)
Virizion (Grass/Fighting)
However when I get the next two I will remove Gyrados and I think Cobalion.

Arceus (Normal-Diamond/Pearl)
Dialga (Steel/Dragon-Diamond)
Ho-oh (Fire/Flying-Gold)
Mewtwo (Psychic-Blue/Red)
Kyurem (Ice/Dragon-Black)
Zekrom (Dragon/Electric-White)
Lot's of strong Pokemon in Gen IV and V, very few in Gen III.
