That's bullcrap because it oversimplifies the problem. There are plenty of British born people who get handouts and went out and looted up and down the country and are equally involved in gang culture. It's not just handouts either, although it's a significant issue. The other factor is authority being softened. Police can't do anything for fear of losing their jobs, teachers can't discipline their pupils and too many parents want to raise "friends" rather than kids then blame the state for the problems that occur.
Asylum seekers are only a very small part of a much bigger problem.
