Well I am afraid I can't really listen to someone who didn't think much of Firefly, it is the 2nd best TV series I have ever seen

Personal taste I guess. And yes, most 'critics' claimed it was good but no matter how much I read it, the stories and plot points weren't that great. I'd propbably say that the fact it still got acclaim and other fans commented about it socalled great stories made me not like it more, I seemed to be a rare few. Whedon and Cassaday ended up publishing 24 issues in 4 years a book that was meant to be a monthly book.

I'd happily say that out of all the comics and TPBs I have read in the last 10 years, issue #12 of Astonishing X-men was the biggest waste of money. There was no plot development or even a proper conclusion, just 22 pages (delay for like 2 months at that) of one liners.
