I don't think we have a good enough understanding of spacetime to know what is possible, what actually does exist out there and more importantly whether we could ever take advantage of it.
The mathematics we have says many of those things could happen given certain conditions, but there is little to test it against.
Obviously black holes exist but I don't think their singularity is anything special.
