Fatal error in database? Limit exceeded?

When i was adding boxarts all was good and fine untill i wanted to add a boxart to some PS2 game. it somehow says that the site's limit is reached. I don't know if this is true or not, but it seems to be a serious problem because i cannot add anything anymore.

this is the message i get :

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 5800 bytes) in /home/v/g/vgchartz/public_html/games/resize.php on line 14

edit : hmm it seems that you can't take any jpg you want, it has to be a small one, i'm gonna check out if it happens more often
