It's a match that doesn't really make sense. If I'm not mistaken QD have a contract with Sony at the moment, which is now their second exclusive contract. They're in a great position at the moment, being funded by a huge publisher who allows them creative freedom, promotes their games with strong advertising, and they have already created a fan-base on one system with their first game.
They haven't had business relations in the past with MS, and stand to gain nothing really if MS acquired them at the moment, beyond if MS offered a really sweet deal. As their games aren't mega hits, it's wouldn't really make sense from MS's end either, to offer such a deal to make a aquisiton happen, in my opinion.
