He's not talking about immigration laws. He's talking about the recognition of the independence of Kosovo, which is forced upon the Serbs by NATO and EU.

Seeemingly I have mixed him up with his no less angry followup poster.

The point still stands, however. Him being pro radical doesn't help either.
