I'm from Lebanon so we change our prime ministers every 6 months... actually it's pretty more common to not have a government than to have one. The new guy is ok, but the government never discusses about economic policies or anything like that. The whole country is based on sectarian division and that's what we hear on the news every day... Loads of BS but you have to live with it i guess.
Oh yeah, and the voting system actually protects these people, so until we change the system it won't work.
