it will most likely be NDA untill FFXIV is fixed and out on PS3. They'll then wait a few years so people see FFXIV as the latest FF and therefore allowing it to sell and get subscribers. When FFXIV has enough subscribers, they'll then lift the NDA on FFXV and announce it.
