That's still pretty good. No one's been able to take up to 10% of the handheld market share from Nintendo before but Sony's taking almost 40%. And as someone pointed out, if a large number of those who bought the DS as casual gamers(that's not us now, that's girls, gramps and gran) are buying tablet pcs and android phones now, then Sony has a better chance than it did before. In any case, the $80 price drop on the 3DS will change things a bit.
