He is up to his usual propaganda spewing. I like how it still says lawyer under his name in the film. I believe he lost his ability to practice law after the film was made. The film gets better mid way in when it starts dwelling on more topics related to video games. Also, the whole incident where the game gets pulled from the Slamdance is pretty interesting.
