Dodongo's Cavern in the Master Quest. I did Master Quest only once, but one of the puzzles came back to me.

I lost my Deku Shield over a red-herring, a diabolically designed room with Mad Deku Scrubs (requiring use of the Deku Shield) and a Fire Keese

I also note that King Dodongo doesn't make a lot of sense. Here's a guy who can shake off an explosion in his inner organs without much trouble, but if you slash him on his upper jaw three-to-six times, oh dear

C'mon. Even a person wouldn't die if you hit them in the upper jaw six times with a small knife (as it scales against Dodongo)
