Welcome to the Best HD Third Party Elimination Game. This thread was inspired by *Sound of Rain's Elimination Game threads for first party developers. Now I want to try the same game for third party games.

The game is now over, but the last 5 games died out within 1 voting cycle of each other (3 hours), and last minute we saw numerous voters push hard to have their favorite franchise win. However is Batman really the best 3rd party franchise? I will close the poll at the end of the day, so lets see some inputs.

Note: There are no exclusive third party franchises on this list, and Machina has given permission for this thread after the console specific franchises died (Sony is over, Nintendo will be over by the time this is up, and MS is nearing completion).
