Well, "upset" isn't exactly the right word, as it is just a silly game anyway, but it defeats the purpose if not everyone is playing by the same rules, that's all.
BTW, yes, Uncharted is definitely my favorite Sony franchise, but I only voted down GoW to help even out the odds because it had such a tremendous lead at one point. Now that Uncharted is gone, I'll likely be voting GoW up.
