Actually I think it quite the opposite. I've been living in the UK for two years and I'm impressed with how fast prices drop here. I bought God of War 3 last year for £18. A few days ago I bought Prince of Persia Trilogy for £10 and I paid the same for Enslaved. I've bought around 100 games in 2 years, cuz the prices are so damn low and I just can't resist. Dragon Origins 2 (360) is £15 on Amazon http://www.amazon.co.uk/Dragon-Age-2-Xbox-360/dp/B003VM8HHM/ref=sr_1_1?s=videogames&ie=UTF8&qid=1311301426&sr=1-1 Isn't is much newer than God of War 3? Plus you can find Final Fantasy 13 (360) for less than £10 and it launched around the same time God Of War3 did. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Final-Fantasy-XIII-Xbox-360/dp/B001RCU95G/ref=sr_1_1?s=videogames&ie=UTF8&qid=1311301563&sr=1-1 |
Yep, maybe the Brits think they're ripped off, comparing their prices to USA, but compared to the rest of Europe, when the Pound is not too stronger than the Euro, UK prices and special offers are actually quite good.
