Not only are we undertracking Vesperia, it's also had surprisingly good legs for a JRPG in Japan. It's had at least 1 more shipment since last December when it reached 400k. That's pretty rare for a Japanese game this late into its shelf life. Not to mention with the budget rerelease it could get as high as 600k possibly.
