I agree. MS should stop caring about being successful in the video game industry. How dare they wish for marketshare and wish to entertain the masses. They don't cater to me, so they are wrong and I am right...


Sony and Nintendo are by providing quality hardware and catering to their their base.  Aren't doing so well, aren't they?

lol. How is Nintendo catering to it's fanbase?

 

Mario, Metroid, Pokemon, Zelda, Donkey Kong, Animal Crossing, Fire Emblem, etc...

Wii fit, Wii Sports, Brain Age, Nintendogs, ...

Plus, an SD console is definitely what the fanbase was looking for. I'm not against the Wii, just saying it's generally not all what the fanbase wanted. Sure we wanted Virtual Console, we wanted TP, MP3, but in general Wii is thought to be Nintendo's departure from the core. Wii U should rectify that.


So.  And my response still holds true.  Thanks to Rol and Roma for speaking some sense.
