Who here would pay $70+ for 3-5 hours of game play?

Its true that a lot of games are very short this gen but that is tempered by the fact that we now have online MP and generally gamers nowdays tend to spend much more time online than they do on the SP campaign. Personally, i dont do much MP and tend to rent most of my FPSers simply because of the short SP campaigns. I think that if prices increase next gen (which they will) then developers will have bigger MP. I dont really see the SP reducing any more as there is a limit to how short a game is before gamers take notice and start criticising - i.e. homefront is one game that has been criticised for a very short SP.
