Guys the century egg is NOTHING compared to that delicacy in one of the oriental countries where they prepare the EGG when a chick is JUST about to hatch....so basically you eat a almost fully developed chick IN the egg but its still a bit eggy as the chick is "almost" fully developed.
There was a picture of it somewhere on the forums, I don't remember the name now but the picture looked horrible!
