As for Chinese food, it varies. Personally, I hate most of it, but I don't mind a good chicken chow mein, for example. And we grow our own pak choi. 

But yeah, why would anyone want to eat that? Anything black which smells is...wrong. And the Balut? Erm...that's just sick.
