It's a classic picture of the best wrestler in the fucking world, Toshiaki Kawada. I always loved the picture, but I bounced around between a bunch of other shitty avatars before it dawned on me to use this one. As much as I love it, I'm tempted to change it from time to time, but other people on the site won't let me.
