I respect all of them to a certain extent.

Microsoft for a very good xbox360 launch and some great games. They have also done a very good job of luring ps3 exclusives to become multi-platform (which would no doubt have increased ps3 sales), and obtaining various timed exclusives and also for introducing kinect. However they loose points for total focus on kinect to the detriment of new exclusives.

I respect nintendo for what they did with the DS and Wii. No one thought that the Wii and the DS would be the market leaders (kinda the way shareholders feel about the Wii U) and they have done an extremely good job of winning the gen. Kudos also on making the Wii U which is not only hardcore but also comes with a new gimmicky controller. However, it seems to me that they tend to re-use their IPs the most re-releasing the same game on multiple gens (tho fans seem to like it) and milking games.

Sony has had a disastrous current gen with their ps3 so far lagging in 3rd in sales. Also, the psp has underperformed. Add to that things like the psn hack and clearly things havent gone well for them. However, everytime they have stuffed up, they have learnt from the experience and gone about improving experiences for their gamers/fans. In this gen they have worked the hardest to get back fans that they alienated with the ps3 launch initially and a result of this is the much better 1st party support which has led to great games.

I guess what im saying is that for me sony has the most respect.
