The hypocrisy I see right now that I wish to address is the one of the people that say there are only Mario Zelda and Pokemon on Nintendo consoles but then refuse to even look at other games for the console (until, funnily enough, the games are not coming to America, then they matter...). I have plenty of friends that say those types of things spouted on thee internet and then say they will not buy the 3DS until the new Zelda comes out.

They do not want other games, but they want to get all over Nintendo for not making new titles. It makes no sense. All this talk of Last Story and Xenoblade is only because people can hold Nintendo accountable. Had the games come, just like Monster Hunter Tri, or Tatsunoko vs Capcom (a game in the same position as Xenoblade and Last Story... everyone hated on Nintendo for not bringing it here, then when it did come, the haters magically disappeared and the game was not mentioned by, "hard core" fighting fans again), gamers talking right now (for the most part) would not even say these games existed; let alone matter. It would be the same old, "There are only five good games on Wii..." speech I been seeing for the last few years.

The games are not coming, I get that some people will be upset by this, but it seems more as fodder for haters than complaints by the real Nintendo fans and that devalues thee integrity of the haters. For shame you guys. If Xenoblade really came here most of you would not give the game a word except, "it would have been better on PS3" like I see for Monster Hunter Tri and saw for Tatsunoko vs Capcom. Grrrrr

Pretty damn good post and I couldn't have put it better myself.  I've been trying to use MH3 as an example of good 3rd party games for the Wii.  If developers put some actual effort into their Wii games then you would see more quality titles.  I also like to point at the sales of the first two MH games that were on the PS2.  Even with a larger consumer base the first two MH games didn't even sell 1 million combined.  MH3 will eventually probably surpass the 2 million mark when all is said and done.  So Capcom was able to expand their fan base for MH series through the Wii.

One more hypocrisy I hate is the whole hardcore vs casual.  PS3 and 360 fanboys (not all but a majority on other sites) like to make Nintendo seem childish.  The "hardcore" HD gamers like to act like there isn't kids games, shovelware, etc.. on their systems.  That if you play on Nintendo systems then you are just a kid and there is no way any grown up would touch a Nintendo system.
