Also, you are aware that water is made up of oxygen, no? (H2O and all that, the oxygen from it isn't produced by algea).

1.  "More intelligent" does not require them to be "intelligent", just like someone can be smarter than a retard without automatically being what you would call "smart".

Humans are not a "level" of the food chain in the same sense that the ENTIRE FUCKING PLANT KINGDOM is a "level" of the food chain.  That is a ridiculous thing to say.  I thought you were basing that claim on humans being special and intelligent and so awesome we should be considered separate from regular animals.  If not, you need to give a reason why you are comparing one animal species to the plant kingdom, instead of animal kingdom vs. plant kingdom.
