No, absolutely not. It adds too much to controller costs and too little to fun.
Back in 2006, I was excited for the Wii. But motion has since left me underwhelmed, and made PS3 controllers more expensive (for a little-used feature). I have come to the conclusion that, even if not designed as a gimmick, motion controls can never feel right for gaming. There's zero feedback, a lack of any real precision unless you have insanely steady hands, and more limited uses than your standard controller. I'm already sick and tired of motion, get rid of it.
