Just curious...have you seen any 3D games on PC? And maybe compare that to uncharted 3?

The difference between console 3D and something like Trine or Metro 2033 on the PC is like PS2 vs PS3 in graphics.

I've never played 3d on pc so I can't say but I've played just about everything I can get my hands on for consoles. The only game I've played that does it better than uncharted is avatar the game but that game was built from the ground up to be played in 3d. But Uncharted's 3d pretty much destroys killzone, crysis, black ops and pretty much any other 3d game I've played.

Gotcha. Yeah Avatar 3d on the Xbox 360 (and PS3) was the best implementation of 3D I've seen on consoles. This is mostly due to the fact that it was built for 3d in mind and it supported checkerboard 3D mode, which hides the resolution loss much better than any other 3D method.

Yeah, the other thing avatar did that other games haven't been able to master is the pop out effect. Uncharted 3 has good depth but very little pop out. Overall I'm just glad that uncharted 3 was able to maintain a decent resolution with a clean presentation and noticeable 3d. Some games like crysis have 3d where you really can't tell the difference between 3d and 2d.
