I have not witnessed it personally but I expect the public breastfeeding would also weird me out somewhat. However, publicly changing a diaper would not weird me out but I would say it's inappropriate. That IS supposed to be done in a washroom or something and I would ask that person to do so in the future. I mean, seriously. Take that shit to the shit room.
