I bought the 3DS on launch day but I soon started to regret my purchase. But with the launch of the eShop (ExciteBike, Pokedex, videos) and the ability to move your DSi games over it started to get interesting again. I also had a spare 1000 points card and purchased some DSiWare games to play on the 3DS.

And just yesterday we came back from a week long trip to Berlin. I met more than half a dozen people via street pass. It's really cool. Berlin is crowded with asian people wearing cat ears, apparently

That's awesome. There's this guy called James in my neighborhood with a 3DS who like to wear a Kokiri hat. :) And apparently there are lots of people to add to your mii plaza in Future shops and shopping malls.

My Mii's got a Pikmin hat haha But the cat ears are truly scary.

@d21lewis: Yeah I noticed that, too. It makes you go to crowded places. Shopping for videogames must be truly exciting with street pass turned on
