Its had price cuts.... its widely available for much less these days.

e.g. large cuts from amazon and asda (walmart) and smaller ones from the likes of play and others.

 

From my understanding, it's had temporary sales, not a universal cut. Most games go through those.

Care to post some links?  I mean I'm not sure how it is in EMEAA, but here in the US at least, GT5 has yet to see a price cut.  Maybe a few random local stores, but the vast majority of stores have yet to cut it.  At Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Toys R' Us, Gamestop, and Amazon it is still a full $59.99.  I'm guessing Sony is waiting til this holiday season to drop its price AND put it in another bundle.  This coupled with a PS3 price cut should give it a pretty nice boost.
