I really doubt either Europe or the US will get either. And tbh I'm not too fussed about them, I matter more as a result of principle, rather than interest in the games themselves. Then again, I thought the exact same about Pandora's Box and now that's confirmed for a 2012 European and hopefully an American one too.
Also, I'm thankful of the ability to transfer stars > points. It's especially useful considering that stars expire after 2 years, so I can add 100 points everytime a trivial amount is about to expire. I'm surprised NoA hasn't done something similar yet with coins.
