very interesting, Who are ARM, for a second i fought it was AMD. Anyways Mobile gaming can grow substantially in terms of graphics and performance but its let down by a simple flaw, Battery life. Until battery life improves mobile gaming wont be able to advance too far from were we are now, considering "Gaming Laptops" are basically un portable without the charger plug in, mobile phones need to have an battery life of at least bare min 12 hours which to provide such graphical performance as a ps3 or 360 would be a toll on the battery life.
I remember reading about the PSVita and how sony has put a quad core processor in it (cause they want it quickly in mass production to lower costs for future is the most likely reason) but they said they cant use its full power because full power used the battery in a few seconds.
So basically the mobile front is totally dependent on batteries and will always be.
Of Course That's Just My Opinion, I Could Be Wrong
