Can it really be fully translated & ready so fast?

The game already is translated from the PS2 version.

The PS2 version however, was never released in Europe.  Therefore, they will have to translate it to languages spoken in Europe but not North America.  However, the english voice work would already been done though saving time.  It's still a fast localisation, especially considering the gap between US and European releases of Tales of Symphonia: DotNW was just over a year.

How many languages do handheld PAL games usually have? Can they fit them all?

A lot of games have 5: English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.  Some games, including some I mentioned earlier, however take the cheaper and easier route of just having English, French and Spanish.

Voice acting however is usually limited to just English, an exception is Xenoblade Chronicles which is in Japanese too.

They'll sure not localize it in Italy (unfortunately for me) and Spain, or even make it only English. Namco has a very bad reputation in localizations, especially for Tales.

CURRENTLY PLAYING: Xenoblade (Wii), Super mario 3D land (3DS), Guild Wars (PC)
