It's selling slighty faster than the first one even without the 26,000 Japan had in the first 3 weeks.

Comparing 3rd weeks, it did sell a little less than the first game..but it could just be balancing out, and even then its not that big of a deal yet.

Actually looking further it's mostly EMEAA where the sales are lower. Yes even in the Americas it's down the 3rd week in comparison but it's been down all three in EMEAA.
