I agree, the franchise should have remained a PC exclusive, like it used to be in the GTA 1/2 days.

Being on the PS3/360 really gimps the possibilities the game might be able to achieve if it were made for high end PCs instead. I wish developers didn't have to worry so much about sales and piracy on the PC, because it would be neat to see what they could do with a machine that had more power.
