Sorry...I must have missed the 'holier than thou' giant expression of philanthropy to the gaming community from sweet angelic Sony, paying Rockstar for the development of Agent and then agreeing to make it multi-platform. |
Yes, SONY are absolute angels and I would defend them with my life >_>.
When I take a dig at Microsoft for being so greedy, only a fanboy would take it as personal as you just did.
I am not saying SONY are angels, they have probably done this a few times before too, but nowhere near on the same scale as Microsoft have done this generation. I could understand doing it with one or two developers to help the XBOX 360 get off the ground, but I am starting to get sick of it now. They are making the competition unfair and cheating PS3 gamers. I own both consoles, and I still ended up getting screwed over by this exclusive deal. We will most probably never see the light of day of that extra content in the West, which is pretty infuriating because Tales of Vesperia is one of my favourite JRPG's ever.
And where is your basis for saying that SONY paid Rockstar for Agent exclusivity? We haven't heard a single drop of news about the game yet. I don't care if SONY did, the only way they can hope to get ahead this generation is fighting fire with fire. How do you know it wasn't to appease SONY after GTA4 went multiplatform? ...How did that happen again?

As much as I like my XBOX 360, I will never support this type of so called "competition".
